At Modern Harmony, a life and business coaching company, we help today’s busy professionals to create more work life balance, live healthier lifestyles, and develop the action plans for achieving their goals and dreams. Based in Los Angeles, California, we can meet clients in person throughout the Los Angeles region or via telephone. In person meetings are not a requirement of our coaching, and thus we are able to serve clients across the United States.
About Our Founder
Jennifer Smigelski is the founder and owner of Modern Harmony. She brings to her practice a unique combination of Fortune 500 company experience as an Executive Coach and senior level HR professional, a passion for holistic living, a sense of adventure, and a genuine desire for helping others to flourish. Her successful corporate career also provided her with valuable insight into what today’s busy professionals need to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Using a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies, Jennifer empowers, educates and inspires others to create the lives they desire.
Jennifer’s credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and training at the Coaches Training Institute, one of the few programs accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition to her formal education, she is an active member of American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), International Coach Federation (ICF), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Her holistic health background includes certification in massage, extensive study of aromatherapy, developing a line of natural bath and body products from scratch, running marathons, yoga and meditation practice.
On the personal side, Jennifer lived in New York City, Paris, and San Diego before settling into her current home city of Los Angeles with her husband and best friend. When she’s not with clients, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, cooking, keeping fit in the great outdoors, reading, writing, traveling and keeping up with her yoga and meditation practices.
